Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING for all orders in Australia over $80.00

For all orders under $80.00 within Australia we charge a flat rate of $9.95 postage & handling.

We recommend you provide a business address for delivery if you are not likely to be home OR provide us with authority to leave at the delivery address you have chosen. Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International delivery rates are calculated based on country.

Delivery within Australia is usually between 1-5 working days from the time of order. Overseas orders usually take around 3-10 days depending where you live in this great wide world. We do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible but it’s not a guarantee. Sometimes shit happens. If there’s a delay to your order for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible. Urge Footwear will not be liable for any failure to observe these indicated delivery times.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

STANDARD FREE SHIPPING

Our standard shipping will have your order to you between 1 - 5 business days. This service is FREE of charge.

This service DOES NOT require signature on delivery, so  if you are not home to receive the parcel your order will be left at the front entrance of your address unattended. URGE Footwear does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels after the delivery is confirmed by our courier company. You select this service at your own risk. 

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

If you need your order urgently you can opt for an express delivery within Australia only for $16.50. Next working day delivery is only guaranteed for all orders placed before 12pm within NSW. All orders placed after 12pm will be despatched the following working day. If you choose this option, make sure you select the delivery address where you are most likely to be between 9am and 5pm the following day - whether it be your work address or a friend's or relative's house. If nobody is around when we try to deliver, this will only delay your parcel.  For express deliveries to other states within Australia, the delivery will take 1-3 working days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING WITH SIGNATURE

This is the same service as our Express Shipping above how it requires a signature on delivery. This is the safest shipping option to ensure your order is not left unattended and at risk of being lost or stolen. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier company will attempt a redelivery the next day, or notify you that they have left it at your local post office. If the delivery cannot be made after two attempts it may be returned to URGE Footwear. URGE Footwear is not responsible for delivery delays that are due to no one being available to sign for the parcel. 

 

COURIERS 

We use numerous couriers, depending on where you are posting to, international, national or specific locations. We try our best to get shoes out as soon as possible from time of order. Please understand that couriers actions and movements are out of our control once the package leaves the warehouse. Both yourself and Urge is a customer to the courier that delivers your package and we try our best, from our end, to make sure your requests and needs are met. Please understand that it is at your own risk to nominate specific/ complicated delivery requests.

PRE-ORDERS

PRE-ORDERS on your favourite styles

We offer pre-orders on some of our hottest styles which means you have the opportunity to get in first before everyone else. You can select to pre-order your favourite Urge styles and we will reserve the item for you. We will then pack them and ship them to you as soon as your shoes arrive into our warehouse. Which means you're guaranteed not to miss out PLUS you'll receive them before anyone else! Talk about setting the trend...
