Have you received your order and you’ve ordered the wrong size? Not exactly what you wanted? No sweat. You can return your order to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving it if you’re within Australia. In order for you to receive your refund or exchange, please make sure all items are returned unworn and in their original unmarked packaging. Please try shoes on a carpeted surface to prevent any damage to the soles. The shoe box is considered part of the product, so do not mark, tape or damage the box when you return it to us. Make sure the box is wrapped and well protected to prevent damage in transit. Any damage due to lack of packaging may forfeit any refund.

We advise you to send all return parcels via registered post. Urge Footwear will not be held responsible for missing returned items unless proof of delivery can be provided.
We do not accept returns from international customers.
Please note: We will process your refund within 48 hours of receiving the returned goods. Depending on your bank it could take 3 -10 business days for the refunded amount to appear back in your account. If you are experiencing delays you will need to contact your banking institution.
Please choose carefully as we will not issue refunds for sale items or off-priced products (including flash sales and discount days).
We will however happily issue you an online store credit should you change your mind about your sale/discounted purchase.
