How do I return or exchange my unworn purchase?

Our full Return Policy can be found here. To set up your free return on an unworn, full priced item, give us a call on 02 9907 1833. While we don't offer refunds on sale items, we are happy to exchange your purchase or give you a credit to spend on the next item you fall in love with. 

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

If you are within Australia our standard delivery service is 1-5 business days. If you would like it even faster please select one of our express delivery options!

If you are an international customer, our delivery time will depend on where in the world you are. Give us a shout at shop@urgefootwear.com.au with your location and order number and we'll provide you with an estimated delivery date.  

I've had a problem with my shoes, what should a do?

Here at URGE we pride ourselves on our quality shoes. However, no one is perfect, and if you've been victimised by the dreaded 'blow out' give us shout at shop@urgefootwear.com.au. Let us know when you purchased the shoes, provide us with some images of the damage and we'll let you know how we can help!
